Victorian Government is preparing its 2nd Climate Change Strategy 2026-2030. From an emissions perspective, yes 'target for 50% of new light vehicle sales to be zero emissions by 2030, all new public buses to be zero emissions from 2025' & expanding train services are all important measures to take
