Human will only feedback (steer) and oversee the outcome the agent produced. The interaction surface with the page will be quite limited

I don't think agents are taking over but we will see a more collaborative way of surfing the web - humans and agents. Humans formulate the intent, but agents respond and take action.

How can we sustainable monetize the web in the coming years? When AI agents visit websites, they extract the data directly without viewing ad banners or clicking on affiliate links As a result the traditional model of financing through ads, clicks, and ad placements is breaking down... #WebMCP #AI

#OpenAI Desktop, #Codex and #Gemini already support WebMCP natively. Been experimenting a lot with it and the potential is IMHO huge. Simple programming interface, no weird support chatbot and deterministic behaviour for the user. Looking forward to see more!

#WebMCP seems to get more traction. I have been looking for this since end of last year because i bet on it as one of the important bits of getting the web more accessible for both humans and agents. The technical effort of integrating WebMCP into existing websites is low #a11y #webengineering #ai

Those require different steering and building blocks to get the most of #AI tooling capabilities. Take a step back, identify your #bottlenecks and then systematically use #AI to improve. Don't pave the cows way, take it serious, take the time and you'll get real value (2/2)

Is #speed really your primary concern? I think you must be honest and clear about the spots to optimize for in your context. If you have an acceptable time-to-market optimizing for speed won't be helpful. Maybe it's #migrating #legacy systems or #technology you lack of expertise. (1/2)

Thanks to #Agentic powered engineering there is absolutely no excuse to not make Boy Scout Rule a primary principle when working on #code This is one of the keys when dealing with legacy code and it has never been more affordable to follow from time and knowledge perspective #AI

Impact starts with honesty about where you actually are. (6/6)

pacovk.bsky.social @pacovk.bsky.social · 14/03/2026
If you're bold and genuinely willing to rethink roles, responsibilities, and how work flows through your organization, AI adoption becomes dramatically easier. But if you're trying to enforce agents to navigate your existing complexity without questioning it you're just automating the detours (5/6)
100
pacovk.bsky.social @pacovk.bsky.social · 14/03/2026
Saying "greenfield is easier" often misses what makes brownfield so hard. It's rarely the old code alone. It's the layers of processes built to dance around deep design flaws rather than fixing root causes — because the workaround was always the path of least resistance. (4/6)
100
pacovk.bsky.social @pacovk.bsky.social · 14/03/2026
But there is also something more fundamental: teams that can't clearly articulate how they actually work. If your workflows and processes aren't documented and understood, no AI agent will figure them out for you. (3/6)

pacovk.bsky.social @pacovk.bsky.social · 14/03/2026
I don't think this is a model capability problem anymore. It's a people and process problem. Technical foundations of course matter. Clear architecture, solid test coverage, reliable delivery pipelines. (2/6)

Organizations are pouring energy into #AI adoption right now — but aren't seeing the impact they expected. More tools, more licenses, same bottlenecks. Impact != adoption. (1/6)

Crafting skills and CLAUDE.md rules is essential for steering #AI #agents in your project. But #skills are advisory - Claude can be argued out of following them. Hooks are deterministic. No prompt can bypass. Skills guide. Hooks enforce.

I didn’t use repository templates in VCS for a while because it felt like more overhead to manage those than to be useful. Now considering if that is actually an easy abstraction for #AI #agents to manifest coding guidelines and standardize codebases within orgs Anyone using this already for that?
