And David French absolutely is not in that cohort, there is no way he can ever go back to the Republicans now. Heck he's viewed as a traitor by even Trump averse Republicans now. And I don't think there's a chance that the Republicans are going back to 2015 in any manner which excludes him

Tried to match into a more competitive specialty or had a poor application strategy. You kick out all the foreign residents you aren't seeing them replaced by US citizens, those spots are going to be unfilled because US graduates dont want to go work 80 hours a week at a rural hospital

On the one hand, I shouldn't wish my country ill. On the other hand, Canada's grandfathers bled with my grandfathers fighting the Nazis. When we were attacked on 9/11, we asked Canada to send their sons and they bled with our troops in Afghanistan. To betray that bond - we'll deserve what we get.
