I’ve been doing a lot to fight the slopification of my brain, here’s a few things: 1. No notifications from social apps. I don’t need to know every single time someone likes a post 2. Don’t interrupt videos. If I pick a video to watch I try to finish it. It makes it harder to mindlessly scroll
