The fact that many news orgs are credibly discussing the $5K "dividend" by Trump if GOP wins mid-terms is rage inducing. Of course, no mention of the promised $5K "DOGE dividend" that didn't happen, or the $2K "tariff rebate" everyone was getting. He might as well be promising fairies & pots of gold

💯 … while talking to Mpls officer investigating after my daughter was nearly killed in pedestrian-SUV crash, he sneeringly referenced staffing issues and the upcoming (2021) city vote about police funding. She was unconscious, unresponsive, on a ventilator and in a coma at the time. Seriously, what?

HCMC is an indispensable Level 1 trauma center for all patients — including my daughter who arrived there gravely injured in pedestrian-SUV crash. It's responsible for training generations of doctors. SICU nurses and TBI staff are exceptional. Count yourself lucky if you have no reason to know that.

After, and i cannot stress this enough, 13 HOURS, including six hours in my last messages / chat alone, and at least seven phone calls and 3+ hours on hold, I have rebooked my Delta flight — I hope for the final time. (I place the odds of this flight also getting cancelled at 50/50)

What kind of insane message is this from Delta? They're going to "automatically cancel" my ticket if I don't reach out to re-book within 24 hours. How can I "reach out" when their chat and phone lines are non-functional. Even their own agents are unable to rebook. Web site literally not working.

The level of anger normal Minnesota people have at their elected representatives is palpable. It's not about party, but the perceived failure of local/state electeds to do anything of substance to protect residents who pay their taxes and get left facing off alone against masked, armed men.

Regina Martínez Lorenzo is the first Mexican woman to compete in Olympics cross-country skiing. Other racers waited at the finish line to hug her. Brazil’s Bruna Moura, an 3 medalists, Karlsson, Ebba Andersson of Sweden, and Jessie Diggins from the US. She learned to ski while in med school in MN.
