FLAURA2 regimen now reimbursed. I have some questions. Who needs chemo? Everyone? Selected pts? Access to other therapies - assume Impower150 not available to patient who have had Chemo-Osi? Is chemo-Osi likely better than sequencing Osi-IMPOWER 150? Lung cancer keeps getting more complex!

Unfortunately, my NIH grant (Columbia P50 center grant subcontract) was one of the awards terminated. A stop work order has been issued. We’re 8 months into the project— a community engaged study to ⬆️ 🫁 ca & CVD screening in nyc. I know many others affected as well. Hoping for reversal/resolution 😕

We’re sharing patient insights on ALK+ #lungcancer trtmt at #BTOG25. Alectinib had the most side effects, Brigatinib the least. 30-45% on Lorlatinib reported visual, cognitive, or mood effects. When considering side effects alone, 71% chose Lorlatinib over Alectinib. Real experiences matter. #LCSM
