Levothyroxine (LT4) is one of the most used drugs during #pregnancy. We used NMR to measure metabolite profiles associated with LT4-treated pregnancies. We observed only relatively small alterations during pregnancy and labour associated with LT4 treatment. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1...

Vaikka valtionvelan määrä on kasvanut, se kuormittaa julkista taloutta 2000-luvun alkua vähemmän, koska Suomi saa lainaa paljon aiempaa halvemmalla ja inflaatio pienentää lainapääoman arvoa. 1/

Tilastokuvio, joka on otsikoitu: ”Vaikka valtionvelka on kasvanut vuodesta 2008 alkaen, velan hoidon reaalinen (inflaation huomioiva) kustannus on laskenut. Vuosina 2021–2024 inflaatio pienensi velan pääoman arvoa enemmän kuin lainasta maksettiin korkoa.” Kuviossa on kaksi sarjaa pylväitä. Punaiset pylväät kuvaavat valtionvelan efektiivisiä hoitokuluja vuoden 2024 rahassa. Nämä kustannukset laskivat 2002–2021 yli 7 miljardista noin 500 miljoonaan vuodessa. Vuosina 2023–2024 kustannukset ovat jälleen nousseet n. 2 miljardiin. Siniset pylväät kuvaavat inflaation vaikutusta velan reaaliarvoon. Aikavälillä 2002–2020 inflaatio pysytteli enimmäkseen melko maltillisella tasolla ja useimpina vuosina inflaatio pienensi velan arvoa vain noin miljardilla vuodessa tai vähemmän. Vuosina 2021–2024 inflaatio on kuitenkin ollut voimakkaampaa ja sen vaikutus velan arvoon on ollut n. 3–10 miljardia vuodessa. Pylväiden lisäksi kuviossa on näiden kahden sarjan erotusta kuvaava viiva, joka on nimetty ”reaaliset lainanhoitokulut”. Se laski vuoteen 2020 suunnilleen samaa tahtia lainanhoidon efektiivisen kustannuksen kanssa, mutta vuosina 2021–2024 voimakas inflaatio on kääntänyt sarjan selvästi miinukselle, niin että 2022–2023 reaaliset lainanhoitokulut olivat noin 8 miljardia miinuksella. Vuonna 2024 erotus palautui lähelle nollaa, pysyen kuitenkin lievästi miinuksella.
