Dem POTUS nominee should push to codify norms that depend on humans being good and just. Term limits on ALL elected positions. Mandatory retirement on SCOTUS at 65 or after 20 years. Put healthcare in the hands of the military & pay for it the same way. No private military, so no private doctors.
