#Exercise type can shape brain-related outcomes differently. A new paper in 𝑵𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 found that after 8 weeks, treadmill exercise improved spatial memory, while wheel running increased adult hippocampal #neurogenesis in rats. 📰 buff.ly/YS5tNUI #brainhealth @oliviafoleary.bsky.social
