Locals in Harbour Grace call this the Fairy Circle or the Fairy Ring, a group of beech trees growing in a perfect circle in an otherwise empty clearing. It was humbling to be able to stand inside the ring (and no, I wasn't taken by the fairies)

I am clearly a mutant. 3 shots at the dentist to get a filling and not one of them took. A tiny part of my cheek was numb but not the part that numbed the tooth getting the filling so we ended up needing to reschedule. Dentist tried to explain it away as my anatomy but I know I'm just a lemon

Little joys: The dragon fruit I had for breakfast was a red one. It was super juicy and actually had flavour. I made a really good sandwich for lunch. I had some extra energy today and made a big batch of granola. Hex has been extra cuddly.
