That is also not true, by the way? Para 236 pretty explicitly lays out how bouncing trans men from a women's space wouldn't count as sex discrimination, owing to their "masculine attributes". The opinion is hypocritical and happy to enforce a double standard for the sake of upholding cissexism.

I started tracking paper numbers on 16 April 2024. On 14 April 2025, with one day left to complete the year, the total for the Telegraph, Times, Mail, and Guardian/Observer stands at 1,074 articles about trans people, nearly all of which were attacks and barely any with quotes from a trans person

Since this is going around again without any new information: As far as I can tell, this particular order accomplished absolutely nothing. The executive branch scrubbed mentions of trans people from .gov websites, but it never had the power to order retractions and no journal voluntarily complied.
