Here's another of those screws (bottom-left) next to a screw that worked with my PH-00 screwdriver. Is it just a PH-000 screwdriver that's needed, but by mistake Dell called it PH-01?
The screw in question has a smaller cross than the PH-00 screw.

A cross-head screw next to a ruler. The cross is around 2mm in diameter, and the arms of the cross are less than a millimetre thick.

@anthrolog For (1), one of their criteria is: > only "full-day" events. As a rule of thumb, that means events that happen at least 6-8 hours or more. We should keep it on our radar but I don't think we can advertise ourselves there yet.
