Not quite sure how, but my sleep schedule feels even more messed up now than it was in the summer. On days I'm not working I find I'm staying up too late, then still getting up too early, and long napping mid-day and getting basically nothing accomplished. Getting past that 10AM hump is impossible.

Thankfully this fix wasn't that bad. Light fixture w/ 3 bulbs in our bathroom, which we've had issues with before, decided this morning to have 2 of the led bulbs die. Thought it was the whole fixture, but it was just the bulbs. What are the odds, though, to have 2 leds die at the same time? 🙃

Longshot of replacing our modem to fix our internet issues - again not thinking it's the real problem - but they did recently put it on the "incompatible" list. Modem prices are 4x what they use to be. And a call to Comcast, they wanted to give us the best "deal" with a bill raise by $30/mo. Wtf.

Does anyone know how to get dirt (smaller than grains of sand) out of shallow cuts/scratches/grazes? By the time I got home, things were already dry. I’ve tried washing (could try soaking later) and have put plenty of ointment for dirty wounds under plasters for now. (The internet wasn’t helpful.)

A long long time ago, when malls were still okay, I fell prey to one of those kiosks selling a similar nail-care kit. I overpaid for it, but then was hell-bent on getting what I paid for and - let me tell you - I still use it to this day and my nails look great. So take *that* hot mall kiosk lady!

Out of nowhere there are about 5-10 cardinals flying around my deck and being super curious and aggressive. They've flown into my windows multiple times now. Not too hard, but enough to make a thud. Of all things, am I suddenly in the middle of a cardinal turf war or something?
