Helped an extremely high gentleman find his phone laying in the middle of the Wood Dale Metra commuter lot. He has since dropped his phone 3 times. Guess it's my job to make sure 1. He doesn't accidentally step in front of the train. 2. Takes his phone with him.

I've successfully negotiated someone else's dream office for myself in the new location. Negotiations happened with zero input from me just the two companies fighting over who I end up sitting next to. I'm also getting a 5 figure raise once I finally move. (2ish weeks)

What has helped me most is doing the same descent daily on my commute getting more and more familiar with it and slowly building up speed. At first I was riding it fully on the brakes.

One of our marshals had their bike stolen at Leavitt/Cermak today. The bike says "scourer" and has cork handles; it's one of a kind. They have a small reward if you find it or the kindness of your heart will do. Throw a lock on it + get in touch with us somehow and we'll get it back to them.

The only real way they can get loose is if you pedal backwards a lot or if you somehow manage to thread them on in reverse which is really difficult to do and if you manage that you have to get the threads retapped or possibly even replace the cranks
