Sorry I can't reply The artocle doesnt sugges Londoners are obeying the speed limits and nor does the available (that I have seen) data What seems to be true is that the 20mph limit has slowed traffic significantly in terms of average MOVING speed (not journey average) And this is the result

Don't see so many of these about as 20 years ago, but the driving doesnt seem to have changed. Please overtake safely and if you do intend to turn, then signal your intent in good time and dont overtake at all.
