He is gagged with a leather muzzle gag held tightly around his head with more belts, and his cat ears are covered with leather covers attached to the gag harness. He is wearing a collar with which he is held leashed to a hook on the wall behind him. Next to that hook, another hook holds up a list reading "Tease me!! I can't do a thing about it! Things I like:" followed by written text he must have put there himself before. He is anxiously shaking and shivering at the sight of that list, complaining loudly, but unable to escape. Using her newfound control over the intruder, the witch makes the rogue play with his chest for her amusement.
