Went briefly (5 minutes) to my old frat's funeral show tonight with the hope that something had really changed. Maybe it has, and i didn't stay long enough to see it. But I think I'm glad it's done with. I don't think the utopic ideal of it was ever possible.

I get unjustifiably angry when ppl write EVOO. Why does it need an acronym. Olive oil quality is so variant specifying EVOO isn't even particularly useful. If I was writing a recipe id just say use the olive oil you like unless its graza then ur embarassing and I dont want u making my recipes
