It's not. If anything, it gets worse for me during the summer

I bought a Chromebook several years ago because of this reason. I only needed a basic Internet access tool that was more usable than a phone. It did everything I needed it to do and my friends still question why I bought it to this day

Pina ✨ ADHD Alien @adhd-alien.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Was going to make a comic about a funny ADHD situation but you know what, it wasn't funny and I cried because I'm just so exhausted before the day even starts (I have a book linktr.ee/adhdalien/)

Kiki is standing in a messy kitchen with a plunger in one hand and a stuffed crocodile in the other. She looks deflated, saying "Why did I come to the kitchen with a plunger and a croc- no you know what I don't care."

Kiki is drawn in a more detailed, black and white style, looking pretty rough and tired. Text says "ADHD isn't funny and I'm an adult and I just want to get things done. I'm tired."

You could find your way along the Nova Scotia coast blind, just by timing the blinks. Every lighthouse flashes on its own rhythm, a set interval and colour no neighbour repeats. Sambro Island off Halifax has burned since 1758, the oldest working lighthouse in North America. #lighthouse #NovaScotia

Prolly not. Atomic power is for steam turbines and turbines have never worked out sadly. Would be better to use that atomic power in a stationary plant and run catenary

What if we do the funniest thing ever and make a coal fired, steam powered, electric generator. And I don't mean burn coal to spin a turbine, nah let's have a regular piston and rod driven flywheel connected to a generator like this is some high school shop class science project. Maximum complexity

Thinking about portal 2

GLaDOS is literally the funniest character ever. Her arc culminates in her saying "I hate you so much it's not even with the trouble of killing you, so just fucking LEAVE. And on your way out heres a full choir to sing 'Goodbye My Datling', an Aria I wrote in Italian about how I love you and want you to be safe, which mentions you by name. Don't read into it. Get the fuck out. And here, something to remember me by: a box with a heart on it. Leave." to a wonan who has literally never responded to anything she's ever said

Fun fact: most equipment has a shared key. The key is more of a safety thing than a security thing. Fun fact 2: you can usually buy those keys online for less than five dollars Fun fact 3: the doors and ignition are often the same key (with a lot of exceptions) Just go take one :3

Realizing I've been friends with someone for a long time is sobering. Like holy sh*t I've known you for six years why are you still here, how are we still talking, please never leave. Sometimes people leave and sometimes we grow apart. But some never leave, and it makes the grieving worth it.

Maturing is realizing that HP as a world setting, while fun, is very poorly written. There's so many other better fantasy settings and stories out there
