9. Batteries still do not solve the seasonal problem. A battery of any type that only charges and discharges a few times per year is extremely expensive, even if the capex is low!

I've realized how to fix the Committee of Adjustment: every objection must arrive with as much supporting material as the applications. Objections need planning reports, shadow studies and arborist reports. We'll call it objection parity.

This is actually the root cause of the yellow belt housing crisis in Toronto. Our site infrastructure costs are excessively high because of all the extra wires we have to bury every time someone shares a photo.
