Opened up a new account just to post all the doodles as I practice my art so I can tag it for visibility while not flooding my personal accounts! Feel free to check it out at @voidchronicles.bsky.social Expect it to be rough since I just started to draw, though I'm trying my best!

Practice pieces for today and the weekend! They come with a small story attached to the ALT description, feel free to read it if you want context!

"He was getting nervous.

Was it a good idea to go there?
Could it end badly?
What if the food was spoiled, what if the waiters didn't let them in due to their appearance, what if -

Working himself up, he didn't realize his mana levels spiking from his anxiety...and his ability following suit.

A thousand visions flooded his mind, a maelstrom of fates pouring into his brain.

Death
Love
Companionship
Tranquility
Chaos
Order

Every blessing, every dream, every sin, every curse; all mixed together - His mind creaked in agony at a stream of information it was not build to handle"

"As the visions kept flooding his mind, an intense emotion began welling up within him, overwritting agony with rage.

So many worlds, so many possibilities...so many ways things could have gone so well, so much BETTER... And yet it's all so...SO...SO...! DISAPPOINTING!

-How could they do this...! How...! Why...?! - He howled at the visions of despair

-Why couldn't you have done this...? - He screamed at the visions of a better world

As the mutant lost controls of his emotions, the maelstrom quickened - a thousand became two-thousand, then three. His eyesight became clouded, and his muscles numbed."

"Three-thousand, no - four-thousand worlds tore away at his mind, death. DEATH DEA-

A fuzzy little claw grasped at his hand.

Something in the maelstrom immediately shifted and...calmed. A familiar sensation filled his body as he felt the magic poisoning him receded, his power nullified.

-...ifr?

The merciless tide became a strong current, and the current became a gentle stream...His mind was his own once more.

He looked below, towards the one that had grabbed his palm: A diminutive batfolk, worry in his oddly-shaped golden eyes.

-Hey, you're gonna be alright, okay...? I'm here with you. - The bat proclaimed at his much taller companion.

...
chuckle
Of course Azi, sorry for spiralling like that, I let my paranoia get the best of my once again.

-You sure you wanna go eat there? We can just cook something at home if you're not feeling like it - He replied

-...It's fine, you're here with me, after all.

The bat's frown turned into a smile, and a little blush rose atop his dark fur.

-O-of course...! Anyways, come on, it's this way...! - He tugged at his companion's arm

You truly are my little guiding star... - He whispered to himself, as he smiled"

Little piece I did today of a friend having been TF'd into a plushie! Been testing out brushes and messing with brush settings to help with my lines and colors.

This game might have not changed me in any particular massive ways like it did with a lot of people, but it was still a wonderful time I got to spend with my friends discussing all its facets, plot, theories, soundtrack...so I'm glad I experienced it, and its a fond memory in my life I wont forget.

Continuing from the previous post, this genderfluid fox really is having quite the fashion show lately~ (They honestly really help in making me feel confident when I put on a dress, plus they also give major cursed yokai lady vibes here)

While they often present as masculine, Henry still enjoys switching things around every so often, enjoying all types of fashion and presentation; sometimes even cutting some of his crystals into a hairstyle! 🎨: benzodoxyl (Bsky)

He's finally here! Say hello to my bat OC/sona, Azi! He's been drawn by @tylther.bsky.social, who keeps doing incredible work bringing my silly ideas to light! An autistic, foul-mouthed shortstack that loves men and yaps endlessly about magic and the stars, that's m- I mean, them!

Have been actually writing some short stories about my OCs and my fantasy setting lately, after years of just keeping it all in my head. Feels great! Even if I cringe thinking at what I wrote later since I've very little writing experience LOL. Curse you young me for not taking arts or humanities!

So I've been reading Blacksad and I noticed something.

two columns of anthropomorphic characters labelled "MALE CHARACTERS IN BLACKSAD" and "FEMALE CHARACTERS IN BLACKSAD." the male ones look more animal-like and varied in size and expression, the female ones look very similar with slightly different ear and nose shapes and human-like hairstyles.
