A comm for @swordsandspecs.bsky.social of their and @wolfynsong.bsky.social's Elden Ring OCs, Romeo and Culann, two banished knights.

A portrait of the banished knight Romeo, wearing a red hood with gold fringe pulled over a helmet, conceiling all but an amber colored eye from the viewer. There are dark thorny vines surrounding the character. The frame is a desaturated blue with a gold pattern imitating gold embossing, showing leaves and a flaming heart on the right, thorns and roses on the top and bottom and the erd tree and Culann on the left.

A portrait of the banished knight Culann, wearing a dented helmet conceiling all but a glowing golden eye and wild red hair. There is a golden flame emerging from the visible eye. The frame is a desaturated blue with a gold pattern imitating gold embossing, showing leaves and a flaming heart on the left, apple blossoms and lily of the valley on the top and bottom and the erd tree and Romeo on the right.

Character sheet of a very minor side character.I really like how this armor design turned out and it was a good first step in trying to incorporate the symbolism of a coat of arms, namely the royal coat of arms consisting of a flaming heart and a unicorn, into the armor design.

A character sheet showing a bearded man in a dark red gambeson on the left and him in a light grey highly decorated armor on the right. The leather and fabric details are also dark red.
The characters name is Adalbern, he is a royal guard.

Some worldbuilding related sketches of religious knights I did. I am actively trying to get somewhere with this story.

A small sketch sheet with two different kinds of warriors. The left being a simpler style of armor with enameled ribs and and a skull faceplate, the helmet itself being inspired by Deaths Mask helmets.
The right is a more elaborate style of armor with gold trims and a skull shaped visor, probably a higher ranked warrior.
The text in the lower right reads "Acolytes of Death".

👑My King (no more)⚔️< My piece for the "My Liege: Queer Knights in Love" artbook by @novamali.bsky.social and @damesprod.bsky.social . It was a joy to draw some sad old men in love for this.

An illustration of two elderly kings in armor and their relationship. The illustration itself is separated in three parts, with the top and bottom being inspired by medieval manuscripts showing two separate scenes of the elderly kings. The top is them in an empty throne room, backlit by a window. The shorter, white haired king is kissing the taller, dark haired kings hand. The bottom is the two kings kissing in the forest with a castle looming in the backgorund. There are round frames in the center of the two panels showing lovers eye inspired paintings of the kings eyes (which is not a medieval thing, I know, don't come for me XD) surrounded by forget-me-nots.
The middle and main part of this illustration is the two kings all armored up on a battle field, surrounded by their armies, crossing swords. The idea behind it was that of a secret love between two kings, maybe something that existed a long time but something that was not allowed to be. We don't know what happens in their future or what led to this fight.

This alt text is such a mess, I'm sorry. There is just too much going on in this piece XD

Ride with me, Sir Knight -for @novamali.bsky.social & @damesprod.bsky.social artbook My Liege: Queer Knights in Love- [ #art | #knight ]

digital painting of two knights on horseback mid kiss. Older of the knights has a greying beard and he's holding onto the younger of the knights, while also gripping his scabbard & sword, and a nearby tree branch. His horse in bucking wildly, and has no reins - yet the rider seems to be in balance and in control. The younger knight has more extravagant armour and is both clinging to the older knight and his own horses reins - he seems to be about to fall off from his mount. His horse is standing on its hind legs and is looking back at the kissing knights eyes wide open and reins loose.

The violent jump from 2019 to 2026

A black and white digital illustration of three black cat witches holding hands while staring at the viewer. The composition is a diamond shape, the cats are dressed in victorian inspired clothing and the bits of background visible show a black sky with white stars.

I did this one for Inktober in 2019, it was the first time I actively tried to spend a lot of time on digital art. I only started working in Photoshop in 2018. I used to do mostly black and white ink art of animals and this piece is still very reminiscent of that time. I had a hard time stepping out of my comfort zone and trying to get better at digital art.

A drawing of my knight OCs Douglas and Willow. They are on the forest floor, Willow more laying down with Douglas leaning over him, his visor half pushed up, pressing a kiss on Willows helmet.
