Yep, honestly, I was kinda gutted that I didn't get the text, I was looking forward to it. I'd only signed up to the texts in 2020, but I'd got the birthday text every time before last year. Mine is November 24th.

It really is a loop, and it can be viscous af. I recommend things like reading a soft fic, watching or listening to soothing videos on YouTube like drives through mountains or journaling/collage. It helps you focus on something and calms the anxiety down. Well, it helps me sometimes 💜🫂
