I don’t know if I’ve ever truly taken to social media past MySpace and the first days of twitter when D-Nice and Heavy D logged on to say “what are we supposed to do here?” and we laughed at the word ‘tweet’ & D-Nice saying “what’s up tweeple?” I still wonder what are we supposed to do here lol.

Must slow down. Last night I ripped my month-old helix piercing out by mistake. Tonight, I pumped a hefty amount of castile soap (right next to the avocado oil pump that I use for makeup removal) and scrubbed it firmly into my eyes. My entire head stings.

I’m experiencing this thing… Immediately after I press submit on a paper, a writing, a draft, I get this intense high feeling. My body chemistry is altered in real time. Sometimes I get so “light on my feet” I have to lie on the floor for a beat. It triggers physical euphoria.
