The MI Supreme Court overturned Smith v. Globe today which will fundamentally change consumer litigation in MI. And for me personally it's a game changer because now we can go after attorneys fees in cases where the tenant has habitablity claims. Whooohoo!!

One side effect of recovering from cyclosporiasis is that I'm absolutely terrified to eat anything. I'm checking labels to ensure there isn't vegetables/fruits in prepared foods. And I have a lot of anxiety even when I'm eating something completely unrelated! I'm hungry but scared to eat.
