its probable i'm out of the loop on automatic post removal/suspensions. i just keep seeing it used here where (to my knowledge) there isn't any. that's all i meant by self censorship. it's absolutely fucked that it's come to this anywhere though, you're absolutely right.

there is little in modern internet vocabulary that pisses me off as much as "unalived" (killed)?or "graped" (raped) it clouds and defangs the words that already exist for those things with appropriate weight. and it's self censorship, on almost all platforns, not on bsky to my knowledge.

i don't think so! i think i had bad sleep the night before & then did a lot of physical work maybe?

i slept for like 18 hours at least. woke up for half an hour to eat a sandwich and feed the cats. went back to sleep. still feel like i'm underwater a couple hours later.

Mental health ableism is of particular importance to me because I see its impacts on people every day. I see people afraid to let others know their diagnosis, or that they access services, or take medications.

I just want to say the Cornell nightmare and the many SA stories without justice is a LOT to process for a LOT of people. Take care of yourselves and each other. Give yourself grace for your feelings.
