Westar was moe asf! I love how they interacted with setsuna post becoming Passion. Him never giving up on Eas was humanizing and was a good lead into his redemption moment. Souler unfortunately kinda got rushed at the last second but im glad the trios back together anyways since theyre cute lol

I also wish miki and kazukis relationship was explored more than just the one time when she became a precure. I really thought he was gonna turn evil/be manipulated or something lol hes got a great design that its a bit of a waste.

Njike @ Tamagotchi era @njike.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

The weakest main character i think was pine. She doesnt really get much other than she likes animals which is a shame cause her theme of faith could have been interesting to explore given that shes religious (but i can see why they didnt lol she prays at a non descript altar they arent touching ✝️)

I was surprised at the amount of episode continuity given the monster of the week genre and it all really hinges on the Eas plotline. Unsurprisingly shes the best developed character in the show. Her integration was both organic and introduces compelling dynamics in the precure team in post

Finished Fresh precure (spoilers in thread) Glad i picked this one to be babys first precure (that i actually finish) Solid show when it comes to consistency both in production and narrative. There are few moments that really wow but in exchange its always either good to great.

Fresh Precure ep 49 spoilers Ha ha that mobius reveal is pretty relevant to current times ha... 😔

Njike @ Tamagotchi era @njike.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Fresh precure spoilers continued I read somewhere that berry's form looks especially different because her voice actress specifically requested for miki to get mecha/gundam wings (everyone else has the standard angel fare) and thats based if true

Njike @ Tamagotchi era @njike.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Fresh precure ep 48 + 49 spoilers I love how everyone gets pretty angel wings and look all serene for a minute before immediately switching back in to dbz fighting like they are just gonna keep punching the shit out of the bad guy the game plan has not changed

Reminder: the full-size Unicorn Gundam statue at Odaiba will be removed after 31 August, ending a nine-year run. From 22 August a new film screens nightly at 20:00 on the mall wall behind it, with the statue itself linked to the projection. No replacement has been announced.

The full-size Unicorn Gundam statue viewed head-on from ground level, arms lowered and red panels glowing across its body. The Diver City Tokyo Plaza facade and a large screen are behind it.

The full-size Unicorn Gundam statue seen from below at dusk, lit with red panels along its torso and limbs. A shopping complex and an office tower stand behind it.

Close view of the Unicorn Gundam statue's head and shoulders against a pale sky, its twin gold horns split open, eyes green and panels glowing red.

Optimus Prime and his son and daughter, Bumblebee and Arcee. Wanted to do some designs for some transformers I had drawn a while back and added the upgrades too. Optimus' little family will get extra members sometime in the future.

I haven't seen anyone on here fawn over the Carlisle 5216 cup for a while and I think perhaps that's where we have gone astray as a community

A Carlisle 5216 16 ounce stackable tumbler cup in ruby red, ubiquitous in many a pizza restaurant from our youths

Age rating, genre, or premise of the show doesn't matter it can always have a baseball episode

030

Njike @ Tamagotchi era @njike.bsky.social · 09/08/2026

Hot springs episodes are over rated when it comes to ubiquitous anime tropes that spot belongs to the screwball baseball episode
