With the #ngage update I closed the circle, #ps1, #saturn, #n64, #dreamcast and #3do are all running on the latest version of the engine. Now I will fix a few more bugs and work on opening the patreon hopefully before the end of September #indiedev #retrogaming

This is the #ngage running the latest engine update. Before the latest round of improvements fps would hoover around 10-15 fps, now they range from 18-28 fps (1/4). #indiedev #retrogaming

I gotta say, genius strategic move by Sega to get a bunch of people into their creator program before announcing AI stuff. They get a mechanism to launder public good will and the creators can defend their role by saying it was before the announcement and feel less pressure to leave.

[Nintendo Switch 2 System Update] Version 22.0.0 adds "Handheld Mode Boost". This will make Switch 1 games think that they are in TV mode even when in handheld. Games can run at higher resolutions in TV mode, taking better advantage of the Switch 2's 1080p screen.
