There is one software I love on a parasocial level and it's PureRef. If it were a creature I'd kiss it lovingly on the head every night. It holds all my pictures, it knows all my inspirations,, no ads, no subscription, I even got it for free when I was broke, it's soul is gentle and pure

I have the intuos after that one, from 2017 I believe, I bought it used 6 months ago and am super happy with it! You can check out the blogger 7pens, he owns a bunch of drawing tablets and reviews them on his blog, that was super helpful when I made my decision.

unironically thinking "it could always be much worse" made me calm down several times now. My mantra is basically the above and "It is what it is". Also thinking that other people must have been in whatever-situation-it-is-rn and some must have made it out happy, so it's worth it to try as well.

Make sure you stay in heart zone 2 while doing cardio (any cardio, does not have to be rowing) as it's the best for heart health and also beginner friendly. You need a fitness tracker to measure this, a cheap one is fine! These 2 (nature walks, cardio) have genuinely helped me.

walk in nature and take photos of plants or record bird sounds for example with the Merlin app. This gives you something positive to do and think about. Regarding physical improvements, I started from 0 movement in my day to day to regularly rowing with a machine at home while watching YT videos.

I used to have to scour for hours for commercial free fonts with flair to them but Pixel Surplus makes it a little easier and some fonts are much cheaper. Google Fonts is also another solid option where localisation is considered [ty Noto Sans], and Gumroad for display fonts.

Table mode added to FBB. It auto-calculates minimum leg clearance so people can make coffee, end tables, and such. Kids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.
