I think I know what's up with the White Whale. They are generally found in places where Samda can Void Out. Iirc; 4~ exist in the Eastern Area, 8~ exist in the Central Area, and I haven't gotten to the Western Area in a few years because I play games weird when they bug me. #DeathStranding
