A long time ago, a colleague in a staff meeting pointed out that some sounds were very distracting. Even the sound of a soda can being put back on the table was problematic. Since then, I put a tissue on the table so my drinks don't make too much sound. Helps for remote calls as well! #inclusion

I caught this coyote out of the corner of my eye as I was driving on an errand. Luckily, there was a place to stop and I had my camera. And the coyote was kind enough to wait for me to take its photo before turning around and taking off :) #Wildlife #Photography #Canon

Amber alerts - they matter. But let us turn them off! Can't do anything about it when I'm home in the mountain, WFH. My 80-something YO dad can't do anything about it from his assisted living facility. Worse when it's middle of the night - wake me with a startle, gimme a migraine for days.

Landlords have a long term visitor upstairs. Who doesn't know how not to walk like an elephant trying to trample a lion. It's been NOISY. Crossed path with her as she was going on a walk. Radio on loud, no headphones. Geesh - no care for others.

Wow! I just saw something unexpected on the highway. Three large trucks boxed a car in and slowed right down. Then they started using their horn. Really loud! That lasted for about a minute, and then the trucks just kept going and released the car. I was then able to see what car it was. A Tesla!

Found this old CF card while rummaging through my stuff. A whopping 128 MB! Used it in my old Canon PowerShot G3. Today, I could do exactly ONE burst on my Canon R5 and it would be filled with 16 photos. Then I'd have to change card 🤣 #Photography

One example was the time I was testing a product - for mobile - with a user with severely limited vision (but not blind). The site was mostly white in colour. The user asked to stop the test as they were effectively shining a torch into their eyes due to how close they needed the mobile device
