I was avoiding work yesterday; my "short" bike ride became a Utrecht -> coast -> Leiden -> Amsterdam -> Utrecht ride. I took only one picture with the camera. Not sure how I feel about that.

Grilled Ahi with soy and sesame seeds and sesame oil on top of butter and flour tortilla, a bed of arugula, ample pickled red onion, some Brainstrain in the Plantain House* Hot Sauce, and sprinkled with some smoked crushed poblano pepper and limes on the side. Whew. It took longer to type that than it did to make it. 🤣

I was at Hummelwald Forest recently, again taking shelter from the rain the rain, when I noticed unusual activity in a nearby puffball forest. It turns out that falling drops of rain were striking the puffballs and causing spores to eject. Very cool. 🍄📷 🍄 #FungiFriends #Mushrooms 🌿
