Medicaid is a state administered & managed program. With the Federal share of funding drying up, this will all come down to each state legislature & state Medicaid program delivering the cuts.The state will be perceived as hurting the people, not the feds. Agree. I haven’t heard anything about USDA food inspectors working in meat packing plants and other food processing plants with regard to all that is happening. What is happening to these vital to our food supply, inspectors? Have they gotten the fork in the road offers too?

I just sold my 42 yr old primarily pediatric speech pathology practice in July and retired. Our caseload was about 60% Medicaid funded kids under the age of 5. Medically complex children with multiple issues including severe swallowing disorders, etc. These Republicans are absolute monsters!

It is used in Special Education. Started out as ‘the least restrictive alternative’ in 1972 and became known as inclusion in special education law over the years. It has to do with the type of placement special education students receive throughout the nation. Mainstream is a related term.
