I'm even happier the movie seems to be doing alright for itself, despite the uphill battles it had to face to get released (the theme of Sisyphus is very on-the-nose.)

I looked up what's happening (as I've been out-of-the-loop ever since dad died) and it sounds like it's been cancelled due to the show runner leaving (and, I guess, low ratings.) On the day of my actual birthday, I went to see the "Michael" biopic movie. It was pretty good. Not sure how to feel about it being split into two parts, but my mom (who saw the movie with me) said part 1 was the only one she needed to see. That was, in her words, his best years.

I went to the new Buc-ee's location in Ohio earlier today. I'm so happy they built one relatively close to me. This is actually my third time going to a Buc-ee's (the first was in Kentucky, the second was in Tennessee.) Even though my birthday has passed, I still consider this my birthday gift.

I just made a connection between big box stores and the big 4 TV networks. Kroger is obviously NBC, the one that started it all. Then, we got Albertsons, which is basically ABC (ABC being the spin-off of NBC.) Next is Target, who would be the CBS of the group (who we all hate right now.)

Do you remember when I went to Vegas? Another thing I didn't get to do was eat at Dave's Hot Chicken in the Miracle Mile shop there. Seeing as I never had it before, I wanted to try it.
