Dating apps full of bots, fake profiles, and people who disappear? We got tired of it. That’s why we created a private Telegram community just for verified bears. Real people, real conversations, and no algorithm deciding who you connect with. needlust.com #daddy #gaynsfw #bear #hard #fur #naked

Functional Maturation and Experience‐Dependent Plasticity in Adult‐Born Olfactory Bulb Dopaminergic Neurons
Adult-born dopaminergic neurons in the mouse olfactory bulb are almost functionally mature at 5 weeks of cellular age. More immature adult-born dopaminergic cells do not have elevated functional ...

Very happy that this work is finally out in ‪@pnas.org‬! We show that synaptic and intrinsic forms of homeostatic plasticity sense distinct aspects of network activity, and can thus be independently recruited by distinct network functions. A thread: www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/...

Modular arrangement of synaptic and intrinsic homeostatic plasticity within visual cortical circuits | PNAS
Neocortical circuits use synaptic and intrinsic forms of homeostatic plasticity to stabilize key features of network activity, but whether these di...

📣 My first first author paper is out! Here is our contribution to the mitral vs. tufted cell debate in the olfactory bulb. tinyurl.com/5n6p5y2u This was a truly collaborative paper between my Reykjavík & Cambridge labs that was made all the better with @chloeg-neuro.bsky.social @lihuang.bsky.social

We have *another* preprint! This work was led by the amazing Candida Tufo, ex-PhD student in the lab. We show that adult-born dopaminergic cells in the olfactory bulb rapidly functionally resemble their pre-existing counterparts! Have a look at the preprint here: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

🚨Very excited that my first first preprint is online! We asked what differentiates a mitral cell from a tufted cell in an ex vivo preparation. Surprisingly, instead of distinct cell types we found that there is a heterogeneous continuum amongst these cell types
