My rubbish research: Tumorigenesis is a process of progressive loss of original cell identity and acquirement of neural stemness, the general stemness that determines both tumorigenicity and pluripotency. EMT/MET/EndMT are groundless 'concepts'

As generalized before, most cancer promoting genes are enriched in embryonic neural/neural stem cells, incl. LRP8&the so-called EMT genes. They confer cancer cell with neural stemness, which determines tumorigenicity&pluripotency in cells. frontiersin.org/journals/cel...

Questions🤔🤨 A gene with high expression in tumor cells&correlating with progression/poor prognosis seems to be a good candidate of target, right? Better to target malignant or nonmalignant, high or weak malignant cells in tumors? Immune checkpoints also play other roles than immunity?

Epithelial-mesenchymal transition is absolutely a magical stuff. Nobody knows what it is. but people said it explains cancer&other things, &can be exploited to develop cancer therapies (perhaps many are awaiting that), &keep instilling 'EMT knowledge' in young researchers. Sigh.

Resistance is an integral part of cancer cell property: neural stemness, and its reg. net. Without effective suppression of neural stemness, resistance is always there. There are ways to reprogram the whole reg. net, instead of single or combi. of single molecules, cancer cell: via differentiation
