This week I've been delivering ITAP week 3 for student teachers on Best Practice Network's ITT programme. It was all about scaffolding, and this group have been great. It's the third week I've had the pleasure of spending with them this year (albeit virtually), and they are so reflective.

I've switched my attention this week back to the Learning Challenge Curriculum. Over the next few weeks, I'm looking at how we can develop the great resources for Art and DT even further. I'm half way through developing further resources for a DT unit focussing on designing and making logos in Y1.

Just spent another great day consulting at a school in Rochdale. Today we've been looking at maths in the lower year groups and how we can develop children's use of mathematical vocabulary. Vocabulary and concepts have been a bit of a theme for me over the last couple of weeks!
