It's some combination of house and ghetto house. I find the second term problematic (or perhaps I just feel guilty/awkward using it). I think (I'm way out of my lane here) it's the link between house (a genre I do not have much of) and footwork (which for me consists of DJ Rashad's "Double Cup")

I think the only music I have ever bought from InFiné is the single of the Carl Craig/Frencesco Tristano collaboration "The Melody", because I need to own all versions of it. Including the ultra-tasteful live-from-a-Parisian-nightclub extended mixes.

The last two are compilations. Let's take the most inexpensive (i.e. name your price) first - which is a sampler called "InFiné Electronica". The name-your-price outweighing my dislike for the term "electronica". infine-rec.bandcamp.com/album/infin-...

This one is meant to be simultaneously more droney and have more melodic vocals. Hopefully still heavy and clangy as well, though. I mean they were quite good at sounding like some sort of minimalist Fleetwood Mac on their split with the Body, so you know?

Saw them a few years back at Download, love their stoner doom/NWOBHM hybrid. Love the Wicker Man +++ aesthetic. But DAMN if their records didn't sell out fast on Bandcamp. And rather than wait, I'd get the download. I got this LP on Amazon alongside a PoE switch, however. The Glamour!

I mean obviously I don't like them any more (which is a shame, because "Double Live Gonzo" and The Amboy Dukes very much had their moments, and I guess Mr Ritchie had his charms back in the day?) but it would be objectively hilarious to inflict them on Ed Sheeran fans.
