So, to be clear: Dead Net as a lay-flat 11 x 8.5" monster is a Kickstarter exclusive. We can't get any POD company to do the format. We have to special order it, and we don't usually carry stock if we can help it. This is the only opportunity to get the "dashboard" layout.

I -just- backed up my work files to an external drive last week, for the first time in like 6 months. Worst case, I'm out a week. Which blows, because I'm in the middle of crunch time on Dead Net, but could be worse. Might be time to pretend I'm a serious adult and pay for a cloud backup solution.

Dead Belt is our best-selling game year over year. It’s a solo game that can be played episodically on your lunch-break. It‘s mean, but fair. Rewards system mastery and incremental upgrades. It’s an easy game to pick up and start without needing to commit. Dead Net is that but bigger.

The PPWR changes mean our next Kickstarter won't be shipped to EU countries, because we're small enough that working with distributors has rarely made sense at a fiscal level, and I'm sure the new regs are fixing to reinforce that by making it even more prohibitive at micro scale.

Dead Net update as I'm coming up for air after furious playtesting: There's a lot more RP in this G than in Dead Belt, but the active phase is gonna feel pretty familiar. It's just that the "Back Home" phase is significantly more choice-filled. Between the Churn, Factions, and Downtime...CHOICES.
