Hier wurde aus vielen Buchenblättern eine Spirale gelegt, alle Spitzen zeigen nach aussen, Stiele nach innen. Innen beginnt die Spirale mit grünen Blättern die dann immer mehr Gelb enthalten. Aus Zitronengelb wird Sonnengelb und immer mehr Orange bis dann Braun daraus wird.

In Österreich wird jetzt CCS erlaubt - also Kohlenstoff abzuscheiden und zu speichern. Greenpeace protestiert dagegen heftig. Das finde ich falsch, ich glaube, der Schritt zu CCS ist richtig und wichtig. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass es hier Fallstricke gibt. (Thread)

Rezept gibt es hier: cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1018... Ich habe größere Menge gemacht, weil andere Form, Glasur habe ich nur zum Festpicken der Beeren genommen, nicht dick eingepinselt, habe Heidelbeeren und Ribisel gemischt. Lässt sich sicher herbstlich mit Zimt statt Zitrone abwandeln.
