Seeing as these decks retail at $34.99, I figured it'd be fun to do a $15 budget upgrade for a total $50 spend. What do you think about these eight additions? Includes thoughts on where to take the deck next, and my own Giada build 🪽 blog.cardkingdom.com/calling-all-...

Should I go to the $300 theater dinner at MagicCon Atlanta & write about it for CASCADE

Better late than never! 😄 Excited to hear your tales about your deck

Emeria the Sky Ruin? Yeah it’s hard to really support it with $15! You need hearth and home and other stuff to get it going really

Well, let's put it this way - if I wasn't being sponsored to go, it wouldn't be happening. 😅

Well, just booked flights for MC Tokyo 👀

can't wait to sit down with it eventually. im trying to get the complete edition on disc (even if its just a code, cos it can match my Tsushima one) but its delayed how would you rate Yotei vs Tsushima in the end? As per usual incel hate dragged down Yotei online but I found it to be excellent

Yeah it’s pretty cool of them. It does have some things they’ll patch out soon hopefully. I think it’s an on-ramp to get people installed and ready for the new expansion next year. Which is also crazy! Expansion for a 10 year old game.

Oh you’re in for a treat. Episode 7 is absolute cinema.

Saw a few folks saying the darker turn this season detracted from the lighter more comedic season 1 and I couldn’t disagree more. It’s been great.

Yes! There were a few small issues I’ve had with S2 but overall I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s one of the better shows on Netflix for me lately.

Not sure how many are fans of Guy Ritchie’s show but I need to glaze this episode with someone at least @bdm.bsky.social @dansheehan.bsky.social @altersalk.bsky.social

The Gentlemen S2E07 has to be one of the best episodes of television I’ve watched all year. It was masterfully paced, tense, and a brilliant outing for Vinnie Jones’ Groundskeeper to shine in a more nuanced role to his usual typecast ones. The epitome of the home invasion genre. Whew! Phenomenal.

still one of the greatest films ever made tbh

At least on base PS5 Ray tracing mode is basically unplayable, and the performance mode has a lot of screen tearing and bloom issues and other bugs :/

haha i definitely shoulda pointed out that!

meanwhile coeliacs and folks who have to eat gluten free since like 2020: (not whatabouting, just adding that yeah, I at least see vegan options everywhere more abundantly than gluten free, which as an allergen is more "hassle" than a dietary "choice" under capitalism so obv went first)

I literally don’t know a single woman who hasn’t been raped, stalked, groped, harassed, or sexually violated in some way at some point in their life. If you choose to doubt and dox survivors, just know every woman in your life is disgusted by you.

I think it's perhaps because historically RG has access to good manafixing, and getting <><><> isn't super useful for a lot of decks that would consider Manamorphose. Feels a lot more Commander oriented, unless we get some Tron variants

We don't make videos, we don't podcast, we just let the writers write. We're trying to prove that there's still an audience for written work about a thing we all love and word of mouth helped us sell nearly a thousand issues last time. It would rule to get over that line this time around.

I'm dabbling around the fringes of the format at this stage. Would be interested to hear if you thought my analysis was useful - or what I missed!
