As I mentioned, I'm not at NPS. And it's hard, even for those of us who are in the thick of it (I'm on the exec board of my union chapter) to have great insight into other agencies. If I had to take a guess? Still a terrifying shitshow.

But it's possible the employees (some of whom might be out, proud trans persons) are trying to do their best in what is a terrifying, hard to navigate situation. Just. This is one instance where benefit of the doubt is worth extending.

But rn, fed workers are often just doing our best. Are we always making the right choices? No. Maybe the right choice is to completely shut down Stonewall if trans history is being elided. PROBABLY.⬇️

I'm a fed. Not NPS. I'm an officer of, AFAIK, the only remaining queer ERG in the fed govt at this time. In order to still be in existence, we had to engage in some fuckery. It's terrible but we on the board chose it in order to give our membership the chance to decide for themselves if we fold.⬇️

Hi, two quick questions. Did NTEU decline to take part in this? Has anyone discussed the illegality of plugging non-governmental computer equipment into government servers/computers? Even fully-vetted employees don't have that right. Thank you for your efforts.
