Reform UK released a statement disputing the accusations, saying they have come from a "disgruntled employee".
The paper reported that tribunal documents showed the woman was laughed at when she was left "visibly embarrassed" after being
"deliberately exposed to naked and sexualised images" on a computer screen in the office by Campbell, a former boxer who won Gold at the London Olympics in 2012.
He was elected mayor of the authority in 2025.
