More to the point if you read the rules they actually give a pretty identical example to what happened and specify the ref should only have given Martinelli 1 card.

It’s not extraordinary though, is it. Not for anyone who is either professionally or ideologically compelled to comply with the absolutely batshit, absurd, topsy-turvy world our politicians and press have constructed over the past two decades.

I've got the Spanish dvd issue of that. If you haven't seen it I could do you a photo of the cover.

Merino starts. Worth a shilling on him being first scorer. And last scorer. And probably another in-between.

Call Me Ken would have been a brilliant title if he had written an autobiography.

His reply was that he could write about what was already known which would be a waste of my time or write about what he had been told in confidence which he could never do.

I met Mr Friar (he always said call me Ken but...) quite a few times. He was never less than a complete gentleman but the one thing that sticks was when I implored him to write an autobiography about his time at the club.

Absolutely. And I'll always have the memory of him grinning when I ripped David Dein.

Keep trying to reply but every time it appears (unintentionally) smug so I'll just wish good health and happiness to you and yours.

Boris Johnson’s claims about asking whether Russia interfered in Brexit are misleading. He didn’t ask for any formal assessment and nor did he receive a categorical response. Anyone printing a notorious liar’s disingenuous comments is engaged in deliberate obfuscation.

I agree completely, there are plenty of games in a season you just have to get through. We got through this one and sent the dirties home with no points. I've enjoyed today and will sleep well tonight.

This newspaper cutting is part of the archive of the Derby Group of the British Interplanetary Society. They were clearly excited in 1961 that 50 human made objects had made it into space - according to NASA it's more than 45,000 now… #WorldSpaceWeek #1960s #Space
Large double page newspaper cutting, stuck into a minute book. It is from the Daily Express on Tuesday 21 February 1961. The title is '50 UP! Everything that ever made it' underneath which are cartoon like images of fifty human made objects that have been successfully launched into space.

There was also the connection charge. I remember in the late '80s we moved and they wanted nearly £200 just to get connected.

NEW: Keir Starmer declared last year that the “peace dividend” was over, promoting the myth that Britain’s military spending has declined since the end of the Cold War.   Our latest report shows this simply isn’t true. 🧵

Badenoch claims £2,700 a month from the taxpayer to rent a grade II-listed farmhouse with six bedrooms. The property sits within the highest council tax bracket, costing over £4,000 in council tax a year, which the Essex MP also claims on expenses. "Best welfare" is being an MP.
