Ilhan Omar got derivative citizenship when her father was naturalized. She didn't do anything to get citizenship except be her father's child. What the fuck conduct can they point to on her part. Rationality is not their point in any of this, but we need to point out that there's no fucking way.

THEM: I haven't been able to get through to you on the phone.
Have you blocked me?

MES It's just the dogs. They chewed through the cables. They chewed all the way through this time. Zach is beside himself.

THEM: l've been trying to call you from my personal number, but I can't get through. Kelly, how are you?

ME: Kelly's in the bathroom right now. I don't know how long she'll be. She's very upset about the cables and keeps blaming the dogs, but that doesn't make any sense to me.
They have strong jaws but not at all the kind that can go all the way through, I don't think anyway.

on being a worker in the medium-illegal cash economy www.patreon.com/raxkingisdea...
My shift at the strip club began at 3pm, right when most job sites cut their men loose for the day. A lot of my regular customers were similar to the song’s protagonist, breaking their backs on roofing or housepainting crews that didn’t require personnel paperwork. They worked all day for their mates on the site, and then they came to my site, where I worked all night for them. I liked to imagine my customers and I were keeping the same twenty dollar bill in permanent circulation, like a Flat Stanley you could buy drugs with.

But it wasn’t our twenty dollars, at no point in the cycle did it originate with us. The surging river of money began in some building owner’s bank account—maybe even one of the 500 guys. He would open a stream of cash to a GC, who channeled it in turn to various shady subcontractors. That was when the owners opened new streams of cash elsewhere, and stopped observing the flow of this particular money, but it found other tributaries from there. It kept trickling down in smaller and smaller droplets to collect, ultimately, in my garter.

"No First Amendment notifications to the Chicago Police Department's chain of command or the department’s general counsel were made for the April 2 investigation." www.wired.com/story/chicag...
The HSI Chicago surveillance team logged 219 vehicles parked in the vicinity of Co-Prosperity. Several subjects already under investigation, including some of the speakers on the tour, were identified by ICE. Ryan Wasson, a Kane County Sheriff’s deputy, spotted a hooded, masked man outside the venue removing an object from his trunk. Running the license plate, Wasson identified the man as the subject of an October 4 arrest during Operation Midway Blitz whose prosecution had been declined by assistant US attorney Christopher Veatch.

Outside the venue, agents Joel Sullivan and Michael Finerty spotted an unnamed subject already under investigation for running “an anti-ICE Signal chat and group called ‘ICE Cream Patrol’” and noted an orange Hyundai had been documented near two March 2026 protests outside the ICE detention center in Broadview, Illinois. The surveillance lasted for roughly two hours until 8:30 pm local time on April 2.

The secular Left(s) can certainly learn things from religious groups/people re: organizing. The thing that it will never be able to compete with is GOD. I say this as a religious person, there is no secular *replacement* for the role that a belief in GOD plays in religiously-based organizing.
