Last night I went with two hiking buddies to a talk by author Becky Jensen at the Council Tree Library in Fort Collins CO. The book she wrote is called "No Man's Land." It details her struggles with depression and how she hiked in 900+ mi Colorado Trail in an effort to improve her mental health.
