It's not encouraging that Mariners GM Jerry Dipoto said they don't have a list of manager candidates, that the search starts now. Contrast that with the Seahawks. GM John Schneider maintains files on coaching candidates, so when Pete Carroll was fired he was ready to go interview guys, struck gold.

Hey, that's my local boring chain adult store - I've been in there a handful of times. It's not even the kind with video booths and randos hanging around leering, it's just mostly toys and sexytime clothes marketed at couples. There's a pretty good Japanese restaurant a couple doors down, too.

I saw Walk Hard in theaters, and when I went to watch it recently, it seemed the "unrated" 120-minute cut is the more easily accessible version, and that's a shame. The 96-minute theatrical cut is soooo tight, it is comedy perfection. The longer version really drags, is much weaker by comparison.
