Screenshot of a social media exchange. Brigitte Gabriel posts: “A person’s brain doesn’t fully develop until they are about 25 years old. That’s why the vast majority of Generation Z voters are Democrats.” Below, Devin Duke replies: “But you still want a 10-year-old to carry a baby?”

During #BlackHistoryMonth, we mark the 1909 founding of the NAACP — a cornerstone of the Black-led fight for civil rights & democracy. We honor Black communities, including Black Jews, & recommit to the vital coalition work necessary to advancing justice & shared safety.
Graphic from the Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA) reading “Our safety is inextricably linked.” The phrase “inextricably linked” appears in white text on an orange banner. Below the text is a historic black-and-white photo of a civil rights march, with a diverse crowd holding signs that read “We Demand Voting Rights Now,” “Jobs for All Now,” and “End Segregated Rules in Public Schools.”

Remember the incident where DHS claimed officers shot a guy because he attacked them with a snow shovel? Yeah. It didn't happen. They shot him through the door of his own home. And then arrested him. And then lied about it. Again. And they almost shot some kids in the process.

This cannot be something a civilian law enforcement agent is allowed to wear in the US — and an agency that has a culture that tolerates this cannot be saved.

It’s very notable that Stephen Miller’s wife is going out of her way to highlight these comments. Stephen Miller smeared Alex Pretti—calling him a “domestic terrorist” and “assassin” to justify his murder. Now Katie Miller and her husband are trying to throw others under the bus.
Screenshot of a post on X by Katie Miller (@KatieMiller), verified account. The post displays a quoted news excerpt that reads:

“Between the lines: Miller said the Minnesota operation didn’t follow the guidelines established by the White House in the aftermath of the Jan. 7 shooting of another Minneapolis demonstrator, Renee Good.

• Specifically, Miller said, the squads of CBP agents were supposed to be divided between officers engaged in the arrests of specifically targeted ‘criminal aliens’ and other officers in charge of crowd control to keep ‘agitators’ from interfering.

• ‘We are examining why CBP was not following that protocol,’ he said.”

This is where we are. Read this joint statement by France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the Kingdom of Denmark on Greenland: "Greenland belongs to its people. It is for Denmark and Greenland, and them only, to decide on matters concerning Denmark and Greenland."
6 January 2026
Joint Statement on Greenland
Statement by President Macron of France, Chancellor Merz of Germany, Prime Minister Meloni of Italy, Prime Minister Tusk of Poland, Prime Minister Sánchez of Spain, Prime Minister Starmer of the United Kingdom and Prime Minister Frederiksen of Denmark on Greenland.
Arctic security remains a key priority for Europe and it is critical for international and transatlantic security.
NATO has made clear that the Arctic region is a priority and European Allies are stepping up. We and many other Allies have increased our presence, activities and investments, to keep the Arctic safe and to deter adversaries. The Kingdom of Denmark - including Greenland - is part of NATO.
Security in the Arctic must therefore be achieved collectively, in conjunction with NATO allies including the United States, by upholding the principles of the UN Charter, including sovereignty, territorial integrity and the inviolability of borders. These are universal principles, and we will not stop defending them.
The United States is an essential partner in this endeavour, as a NATO ally and through the defence agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United States of 1951.
Greenland belongs to its people. It is for Denmark and Greenland, and them only, to decide on matters concerning Denmark and Greenland.

The Prime Minister of Greenland Jens-Frederik Nielsen to the United States: “Enough is enough.”
We have been a close and loyal friend of the United States for generations.
We have stood shoulder to shoulder in difficult times. We have taken responsibility for security in the North Atlantic - and not least for North America. That is what true friends do.
Precisely for that reason, the current and repeated rhetoric coming from the United States is entirely unacceptable.
When the President of the United States speaks of "needing Greenland" and links us to Venezuela and military intervention, it is not only wrong. It is disrespectful. Our country is not an object in great-power rhetoric. We are a people. A country. A democracy. That must be respected — especially by close and loyal friends.
We are part of NATO, and we are fully aware of our country's strategic location. We also understand that our security depends on good friends and strong alliances. In that context, a respectful and loyal relationship with the United States is very important.
That has been the case for decades.
But alliances are built on trust. And trust requires respect.Threats, pressure, and talk of annexation have no place between friends. That is not how one speaks to a people who have repeatedly demonstrated responsibility, stability, and loyalty.
Enough is enough.
No more pressure.
No more insinuations.
No more fantasies of annexation.
We are open to dialogue. We are open to conversations. But they must take place through the proper channels and in full respect of international law.
And the proper channels are not random and disrespectful posts on social media.
Greenland is our home and our territory. And it will remain so.

The Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen to the United States: “The Kingdom of Denmark, and thus Greenland, is a member of NATO and is therefore covered by the Alliance’s collective security guarantee.” I “strongly urge the United States to cease its threats.”
It makes absolutely no sense to speak of any necessity for the United States to take over Greenland. The United States has no legal basis to annex one of the three countries of the Kingdom of Denmark.
The Kingdom of Denmark - and thus Greenland — is a member of NATO and is therefore covered by the Alliance's collective security guarantee. We already have a defence agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United States that grants the U.S. broad access to Greenland. In addition, the Kingdom has made significant investments in security in the Arctic. It makes absolutely no sense to speak of any necessity for the United States to take over Greenland.
