DST is NOT an extra hour, it is one less hour in the day! As in 7 fewer hours a week, 30 + less hours a month, and 365 less hours in a year. Less time means more auto accidents,more health issues, more stress & it will still be dark by 5 pm in northern regions of the US. DST needs to be eliminated.
