7. NHS Trusts vary in how they collect digital health data, mostly focused on clinical activity (less on clinical or health outcomes like patient-reported outcomes: chapter 3.1.11). EHRs often have vendor lock-in, and 10% of Trusts (10%) still don’t yet have an EHR at all (chapter 3.1.4).
