No one should have to think twice before criticizing the government online. But a mass surveillance program known as "Catch and Revoke" was created to make millions do just that. Find out more with our latest issue of EFFector: www.eff.org/deeplinks/2...

Today’s question I’m pondering in my head - why would you buy an expensive handheld dual screen to emulate DS games badly, when several real DS models are very cheap and flash carts or DSPico are cheaper still? Buy the real thing, save money, have a better experience.

For now, just going to go with this and move on. I'm sure this will all change a lot by the time the game is done.

I’m not saying AI bots have completely taken over comment sections, but it’s telling when the top up voted comment on everything you watch or read is always a sob story followed by “but this made me feel so much better thank you.” It’s pure engagement farming.

You might say to me, "Barleybap, why did you sign him? Look at that nicotine-ravaged body. He's done at the highest level." But friends, he has so much experience to bring to this team. He's kicked his smoking habit, and we did a full physical and our physios say his best years are ahead of him.

The same controller, still extremely yellow, but completely clean.

If you're broke, you don't have to subsist on dollar-store ramen. Learn how to cook. It's easy and can be outrageously cheap. Like fried rice. All it takes is a bit of oil (bacon grease'll do it), cooked rice, egg, salt, and whatever leftovers you have lying around. Fry the rice with the egg first.

It's been announced they're bringing this console in the near future. I 100% recommend getting it if you've never played it before. And this right here is just the level 2 boss. This game definitely wow'd me in both graphics and gameplay.

A customer just tried to use an employee discount code that ChatGPT gave her. I work at a high-end clothing store and clocked in to my manager telling me about the most unhinged interaction from yesterday. A woman walked in asking if she could use a 40% off code she got online. We don't have any sales running, so my manager looks at the screen and realizes ChatGPT straight up handed this woman a real employee's internal ID number.

Second complaint of the day - if you upgrade your MacOS to 27.whatever and it asks you to respond to voice prompts to enable Siri... that all seems well and good until you go into the system settings and it tells you that it's powered by ChatGPT. No thank you. I immediately disabled it.

If you get an unsolicited email seeking an ad placement on your website and the sender's name is "Henry Graham Chapman," there's a 200% chance it was either written by AI or they pulled out Ye Olde English Naming Book from the 1830's and chose what they believed would sound falsely impressive.

Bought a speaker called "The Karnivore." It's supposed to be awesome for recording. I'll be comparing it with two Celestion's: Vintage 30 & G12-65. All will be mic'd by SM57's. This first vid is how I recorded guitar for it. The raw track will be played while recording different mic positions.
